Location

Seaton Place, is a brand new state of the art 128 bed residential aged care facility located in in the heart of the coastal community of Cleveland with ample free parking and transport options.

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administration Officer with a passion to work in Aged Care, who is proactive and passionate about the management of resident care.

This is a permanent part time role in a busy environment and would suit someone who is friendly and can work well in a multidisciplinary team.

About You

  • Previous demonstrated administration experience and a knowledge of aged care is preferred.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse range of people and be friendly, patient and personable in nature.
  • High proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel knowledge.
  • Be able to work collaboratively within a team as well as work effectively autonomously.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Ideally your background will be in administration in healthcare
  • Friendly, positive outlook and ability to work in a team
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Complete a police check
  • Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
