About the Opportunity

We are actively seeking Night Duty Registered Nurse's to join our team on a Casual/Permanent basis, with penalty rates in play. The successful candidate/s will have the opportunity to work as part of our night duty team, with the ability to pick up additional shifts covering planned and unplanned leave.

Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to the elderly in line with Aged Care and Bolton Clarke standards whilst working within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for completing holistic assessments, developing appropriate care plans, evaluating and determining clinical decisions that guide our care staff.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:

  • Providing and monitoring the care of residents
  • Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
  • Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
  • Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
  • Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

To be successful, you will have

  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (Night Duty experience desirable)
  • Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
  • Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Complete an NDIS check
  • 2025 Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain during flu season)
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
